Please make sure you have:

  1. Supported Browsers ( up to date ):
    • Google Chrome/Chromium (Desktop and Android)
    • Mozilla Firefox (Desktop and Android).
    • Apple Safari (Desktop and iOS).
    • Microsoft Edge.
    • NOT SUPPORTED: Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  2. No firewalls blocking site / downloads.
  3. Modern / stable internet line
  4. Cookies from cloud.assifflaw.com are allowed:
    Cloud only stores cookies needed for site to work properly.
    All cookies come from our server directly, no 3rd-party cookies will be sent to your system.

Common Issues

Check Failed - Cookies / site cache: If you are getting check failed errors downloading files from our cloud, please try the following:

Please copy and paste one of the following red lines into your address bar, depending on the browser you are using:

Google Chrome: chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fcloud.assifflaw.com%2F

Microsoft Edge: edge://settings/cookies/detail?site=cloud.assifflaw.com

Mozilla Firefox: about:preferences#privacy ( Scroll to: Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data and search/remove assifflaw.com )

Most browsers will have a "Clear Data" or "Remove All" button once you go to the above links. Using these links will ONLY delete browsing history / cookies for cloud.assifflaw.com site. and will preserve cache for other sites.

If for any reason the above does not work, please try copy/pasting the share files link into a Private Browser window, to test if it works in Private Browser tab:

Forbidden Message: If you get this, check if you have a "Download All" button on the top right menu, where you can still download the files.
